About our Art Therapy at Monash Health

This part-time position consists of 15.2 hours per fortnight and is available to Grade 2 Art Therapy clinicians. The position is based in the Southern Eastern Centre Against Sexual Assault (SECASA) and will provide clinical services to patients within a designated caseload and other areas as appropriate.


The Southern Eastern Centre Against Sexual Assault (SECASA), a program of Monash Health, has the responsibility in the Southern and Bayside Regions of the Department of Health and Human Services for:

  • The provision and development of effective services to victim/survivors and associated people affected by sexual assault and family violence

  • The provision and development of effective services for adolescents exhibiting sexually abusive behaviours

  • The provision of public education and professional training on sexual assault and anti-violence issues

  • Social planning and processes related to reducing societal violence

About You

You are a dynamic Allied Health professional who is passionate about making a positive contribution to the health of your patients. Described as enthusiastic and motivated to perform at your best every day, you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Need:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Art Therapy from an approved training course

  • Demonstrated experience

  • Australian working rights
