POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Principal Project Manager to led and manage the delivery of the Energy Efficiency Social Housing Program for Homes Victorian and, Asset Management Branch. The Principal Project Manager is a key role in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's agenda to deliver the $112 million Energy Efficiency Program over the next three years to 35,000 properties across the state. The role involves the provision of professional advice, management of project staff and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. A high standard of project co-ordination is required to ensure timely delivery of projects, including robust procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, reporting and risk management.
