We also lead the Victorian Government's response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. POSITION SUMMARY:

The program of work delivers and maintains a range of domain specific system solutions for the Department of Health and Human Services and its partners in the sector. It has the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the ICT delivery, implementation and systems management in line with the strategic direction of the department.

The Principal Support Analyst is an experienced and specialist resource within the Children & Families portfolio reporting into the Program Manager.

The Principal Support Analyst will be responsible for providing application support including system analysis, design, enhancements, and maintenance of domain specific system solutions hosted in Cloud environments. They will work closely with Product Owners, first and second-level support, SaaS product vendors and Cloud partners to provide third-level support. They will ensure timely and efficient resolution of application-related incidents and service requests.
