• Chief Procurement Officer (STS7) reporting to the General Counsel

• Lead the procurement function in accordance with CSV’s enhanced Procurement Framework

• Accountability for both Goods and Services and Public Construction procurement

Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a public entity established by the Court Services Victoria Act 2014 to provide expert administrative support to Victoria's courts: the Supreme Court, the County Court, the Magistrates' Court, the Children's Court, and the Coroners Court, as well as the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal, the Judicial College of Victoria, and the Judicial Commission of Victoria.

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) leads the procurement function for CSV. This includes providing leadership, vision, direction and structure to the procurement function to drive effective, efficient and value-add procurement planning, sourcing and contract management aligned with the organisation's strategic priorities and business needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record at a senior level in procurement leadership and the successful delivery of agreed business objectives
  • Experience operating in a complex procurement environment

A tertiary qualification preferably encompassing procurement, contract management, commerce, or a related field will be highly regarded.
