About the Team

To deliver transport priorities through the development and delivery of an integrated pipeline of projects and support the Major Transport Infrastructure Program.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Deputy Secretary, Network Design & Integration, this position is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight, defining future public transport needs, and delivering major initiatives for an integrated transport network in Victoria.

The position is accountable for the planning, development and delivery of a program of major transport projects associated with the Melbourne Airport Rail, Suburban Rail Loop (including direct management of DoT Suburban Rail Loop critically independent & complementary project development/delivery scope), Geelong Fast Rail Stage One, the Western Rail Plan, and Transport Precinct development and delivery. A number of these projects are transitioning from business case development to delivery following Victorian Government announcements.
