About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dandenong. You will have the opportunity to do the following:

  • A core focus of the role will be to help build an effective Customer Service team and to roll out a structured approach to monitoring staff and department performance as well as motiving and incentivising staff to perform at their best.
  • Manage our team of Customer Care Officers and ensure we are meeting or exceeding all critical KPIs as a department including
  • Implement measures that allow us to minimise service times for customers whilst always focusing on improving their overall experience
  • Lead the Customer Service that we provide to the branch network, including monitoring Workplace posts, and responding to cases and calls in a suitable time period.

  • Exceptional communication skills on all levels
  • Ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks
  • Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
