LARKI empowers architects, property developers and planners to create more harmonious and AFFORDABLE cities, through spatial tech. They provide exceptionally detailed 3D laser scan surveys (LIDAR) and 3D models (BIM), to speed up design and planning permit approvals.

In this role you'll be working closely with LARKI's founder, Simon Cookes. He's worked for architects in Tokyo, the best architects in Australia (ARM) and has run his own architecture firm for 10 years. He judged the Architecture Awards, taught final year architectural design at Uni Melb, and has presented at conferences about 3D surveys. People often say he dreams big, has a big heart and is always smiling.

And right now we've been tasked with finding a polished sales professional to take ownership of all things sales. So, who are you?

Well, firstly do people generally describe you as:

If they do and you have 3+ years' experience of successful sales into or from the Architectural and/or Property Development sectors, then we'd be keen to meet

The gig

It's classic (yet contemporary) BD work. You'll be cleverly building a pipeline of Architects and Developers. Key contacts are architects, property developers and planners. You'll be undertaking discovery calls with an intention of finding the nexus between the challenges they face in their design work and the clever solutions the LARKI platform can provide... and signing them up.
