JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an opportunity to work along-side some of the best within the hospitality industry at a new restaurant located within a premium racing club close to the CBD of Melbourne, we are looking for a positive and motivated individual as our Restaurant Manager while working with a team to deliver exceptional service and guest experience standards.

About you:

  • You will demonstrate at least three years experience in similar management role
  • You will have a very good hospitality business acumen, understanding of roistering, operational costing's and team development
  • You are a dedicated hospitality professional
  • You will be available to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • You will be keen to learn and expand on your existing hospitality management knowledge
  • You will enjoy team work and a customer focused environment
  • Wine knowledge to a high level
