An exciting opportunity awaits for a driven and dynamic HR Advisor to provide administrative and commercial support to senior leaders.

About the organisation:
Our client is a respected insurance provider offering its clients a range of competitive and community orientated services and products.

About the role:
Reporting into the Manager, People and Performance the purpose of your role will be to work collaboratively within the HR team to provide effective administrative and business support to the senior leadership team (SLT) as the organisation goes through an enterprise-wide transformation.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Administration support including diary management and assist with phone calls, emails and queries where the senior leader is unavailable;
  • Prepare written communication for the senior leadership team;
  • Review and draft position descriptions;
  • Support the team with administration and delivery of structure strategy project;
  • Assist in recruitment activities for the business;
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in HR administration;
  • Understanding of event coordination on both small and large scale;
  • Tertiary requirements in HR;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe;
  • Exceptional communication skills and skilled at adapting and managing competing priorities;
