Support a global HR Shared Services team on a 12 month fixed-term contract with a view to permancey.

About the role:

Reporting into the AVP, HR Shared Service you will have the opportunity to support the global HR operating model in the delivery of important operational activities. This is a critical role and will be the first point of contact for employees and leaders for any HR queries in APAC. This position manages the HR systems and processes and is responsible for answering queries and assisting with the implementation of various HR projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide support to all global HR functions including talent management, remuneration and rewards, business partnership and strategic solutions;
  • Research and resolution to inquiries from global employees on topics including HR policy, employee benefits, payroll coordination, use of HR system (Workday), and job events;
  • Support Talent Acquisition team with respect to all recruitment related tasks;
  • Administration, communication and coordination support for various projects, people and change related tasks across the business in support of the HR team;
  • Building of relationships across the business in the provision of HR related services AND
  • Delivery of HR policy and procedural outcomes regarding transactional activities;
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have experience working in a HR team in an administrative and coordination capacity in support of the broader HR team (2-5+ years’ experience);
  • Have experience in collaborating effectively with colleagues in HR and broader departments, virtually or in-person;
  • Independently take ownership and accountability for your work; AND
  • Have completed an appropriate level of HR qualifications and demonstrate a passion for a continuous improvement mindset that will allow you to learn, grow and develop a long-term career in HR;
