Our client are a Not-For-Profit organisation whose mission is to enrich the Shepparton Community. Providing caring services across three sites they are leaders in the industry because of the values and consistence of high quality in service. Due to the exciting period of growth they are seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the daily business of CEO appointments and organisation meetings
  • Coordinating, preparing and distributing necessary documents to the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Board Secretarial tasks as required during Committee meetings
  • Maintain member list and distribute invitations to AGM
  • Consult with PR Manager in executing various fundraisers and marketing material
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times in regards to CEO and Board matters
  • Organise travel arrangements for staff and Board
  • Promote and work within Shepparton Villages lawful company policies and procedures

Skills and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' in previous role
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of
  • Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Ability to liaise with various Stakeholders within the organisation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Police check is required
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or Governance Practice is highly regarded but not mandatory
