We are looking for an innovative talent acquisition professional, motivated to help organisations achieve growth through the development of employer brand and talent acquisition strategies. The position requires an insightful TA/recruitment specialist to partner with our diverse client base.

We are seeking to complement our consulting team with a Talent Acquisition specialist who understands modern, flexible recruitment strategies and can advise on Employer Brand and talent attraction strategies. In a hands-on consulting role, leading end to end recruitment assignments and advising business leaders on talent and capability, you will be directly helping advance their capability and achieve their business goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities of the TA Business Partner include:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes. You develop close relationships and design effective recruitment processes because you understand their business
  • Partner with a fibreHR Generalist HR Business Partner - you form part of a team.
  • Innovation and technology initiatives across sourcing and selection
  • Coaching Hiring Manager's on assessment and selection best practice
  • Contributing to social media strategies and communications
