As a CRM Consultant in our Microsoft team your impact will be seen by:

  • Requirements gathering and gap analysis against D365 CRM capabilities and assisting with pre-sale activities like proposal writing, solution design, demonstrations.
  • Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 based on customer requirements, Developing and testing programs and programming modifications.
  • Writing and maintaining programming and project documentation based on provided specifications.
  • Providing end-user and training in both on-site and remote formats

About you

You have a background in programming procedures and programming languages including Visual Basic, Javascript and SQLand are skilled in relational database and cloud concepts and SQL, Azure and hold an understanding of leveraging technology like PowerApps and Flow to solve problems or gaps and ideally you are familiar with Agile.

Experience and knowledge in providing advice and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Azure Cloud Solutions is essential as well as being to:
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and contributing to change management planning.
  • Experience in developing business cases, business requirements, Functional Design Documents and UAT Test Scripts
  • Coordinate initiatives to improve or create functions
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM including forms, workflows, reports and security.
  • Able to work with Power Automates and Powerapps and Microsoft Portal
  • Create business cases to improve work practices using Dynamics 365
  • Provide training to super users.
  • Drive continuous service improvements using Dynamics 365
  • Great Documentation and Verbal communication Skills
  • A highly motivated, vibrant personality, with self-pride in your work, showing a passion for what you do and a desire to better yourself professionally
