 In this awesome role you will:

  • Oversee the Customer Journey and Lifecycle stages
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies across Email, Social, Web and Push Notifications
  • Gather insights on customer behaviour and transform these into actionable optimisation campaigns.
  • Continuous optimisation and analysis of customer journeys and programs, ensuring engaging with relevant / personalised content across all channels across the lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing activities including briefing, feedback, eDM campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tracking and execution of campaigns.
  • Work closely with Marketing Automation Developer 

To get your resume noticed your bag of tricks will include:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in customer lifecycle programs 
  • Experience in ideation and development of lifecycle marketing programs across direct channels, such as, Email, SMS and Push Notifications. 
  • A strong understanding of advanced database segmentation principles 
  • A strong understanding of Marketing Automation and User Journey principles 
  • Analytical skills including A/B testing, segmentation analysis and campaign optimisation 
  • SQL knowledge is advantageous
  • Experience with Enterprise ESP platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign etc. 
  • Experience with Email Production tools such as Litmus, Email on Acid etc.
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Strong communication skills
