The role
As we continue to grow, a need has been created for several full-time experienced consultants with a passion for recruiting 'the right way' to join us and play a key role in our growth story. We would like to speak with professional consultants who are passionate about our industry and who want to join an emerging market leading business with established relationships. Responsibilities include;
  • Play an integral role in leading and developing the accounting and finance practice. This will include playing a lead role in business development in the sector.
  • Actively develop your portfolio of clients and candidate base.
  • Effectively manage all candidate, client and company requirements/expectations.
  • Play a key part in the leadership, culture and behavioural benchmarks required to build a market leading business.
  • At all times promote the business in a professional, positive and commercially responsible manner.
  • Actively promote the benefits of advertising to clients
  • Prepare creative sales and advertising copy
  • Ensure internet advertising is up-to-date and removed in a timely manner
  • Actively contribute to social media forums, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter with blogs, career advice and relevant market and industry information
  • Developing sales strategies and clear and reliable communication with directors and other stakeholders
  • Manage and lead marketing and sales strategy in accordance with instructions from directors

What we are looking for
You will be an experienced recruitment professional with a positive attitude and genuine passion for working within a high performance cultural and industry leader. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential as is a strong customer service ethic and a history of achievement.

Remuneration
Salary package: $71,175 including superannuation plus bonus.
