An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Talent Acquisition and HR consultant

Talent Acquisition/HR Consultant role is all about placing the right people in the right position whilst delivering exceptional candidate experiences, positively influencing, and developing relationships with Hiring managers.

The Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist someone who thrives in a high-volume environment. Your role will be responsible for but not limited to:

· Recruiting Disability Support Workers, Occupational Therapists, and other allied health professionals

· Onboarding of staff

· Building new business

· Have a strong grasp of recruitment processes and awareness of technologies.

· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on recruitment needs

· Ensuring all AHPRA and education registrations are current and valid.

· Advertising roles using Indeed, Facebook and other social networks.

· Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of support workers

About you:

Having experience in high volume recruitment and ideally within the health industry, you will be able to get the job done and think on your feet. You will also possess:

· The ability to build and maintain great relationships.

· Great written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge in NDIS is an advantage

· Excellent time management and able to prioritise tasks.

· Ability to work autonomously but also be part of a team.

· Good decision making

· Car and license

· Australian Work Rights.

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification (Diploma or higher) in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience in the field of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Current National Police and Working with Children History Check
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Experience working in a dynamic and changing work environment.
  • Hand-on experience with candidate sourcing
  • Experience in providing HR talent acquisition support to managers and employees at all levels.
