The Opportunity/Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a casual/part-time Administration Officer to join our team, located in Truganina. Reporting to the managers, the position is responsible for a wide range of complex administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

· Preparing laboratory and engineering reports;

· Preparing and sending invoices;

· Follow up on overdue invoices;

· Maintaining databases and filing systems;

· Organizing, printing and storing company documents as needed.

And other ad hoc duties as directed by the managers.

To be considered for this position you must have:

· Previous administration experience (highly desirable);

· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written;

· Xero experience (preferred but not essential);

· Great attention to detail;

· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure whilst paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy;

· Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite.

· Need personal vehicle as public transport is not nearby.
