ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who is a subject matter expert on People and Culture and other related business systems working on current and upcoming projects.

Reporting to the IS Application Support Manager and the People and Culture Manager, this position would suit a dynamic, highly motivated individual with exposure to end-to-end project management and systems across a range of HR and related business functions.

Primarily you will be responsible for the analysis, development, support and training of a seamless connection experience for all internal stakeholders, from hire to retire. Using your analytical, technical and data integrity skills you will work closely with business partners to develop, maintain and prepare accurate data in a timely manner.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Initiate discussions, facilitate workshops, interviews, focus group sessions to identify opportunities for efficient utilization of HR business systems and processes with internal stakeholders and senior management
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in relation to Corporate Governance, adherence to various Awards and Pay Scales
  • Promote effective use of business systems by understanding business processes and enhancing system delivery through training and documentation 

 ABOUT YOU

We are looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:

  • Deep knowledge of HR business systems, processes and functions
  • Able to work independently within a collaborative environment
  • Experience managing data quality and integrity (personal and sensitive data)
  • High self-motivation and drive
  • Strong ability to decipher and translate business requirements into meaningful functional solutions
  • Functional experience with HRIS systems and complex multi-system environments
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
