Based in the SE suburbs of Melbourne, specialising in the design and manufacture of various automotive products that are designed to improve driving safety and comfort.

The Role

Wonderful opportunity for a bright, highly motivated Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Engineering Manager and supporting the Engineering team, your duties include:

  • Project management administration support
  • Creating and maintaining management reporting
  • Processing documentation releases
  • Timely distribution of reporting to relevant department stakeholders
  • Supporting team meetings
  • Data collection and reporting
  • Reviewing and organising payment for invoices
  • Utilising inhouse software i.e. Pronto, Workfront (training provided)
  • Adhoc administrative duties as required by the team
The Person :
  • Reliable, punctual, motivated with a ‘can do’, attitude
  • Maintain positive relationships, both internal and external
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy: Intermediate MS Office skills i.e. Excel (Reporting/Graphs), Word, Outlook, Data Entry
  • Able to multitask and effectively prioritise workload to complete tasks within time constraints
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Proactive approach to all tasks.
  • High attention to detail.
