Our Procurement group is responsible for a coordinated approach to making sure we have everything we need to provide world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively within an Agile environment and demonstrating ability to communicate effectively and influence decision makers
  • Assist and or run strategic sourcing process as Procurement vendor management subject matter expert
  • Contribute to development and deliver agreed sourcing strategies with Product owners and business unit stakeholders.
  • Contribute to development and execution of Category strategy and plans
  • Create, prepare and manage project documentation including project schedules, specifications, negotiation and contracting with suppliers.
  • Manage the implementation of the agreement including key control point documentation & systems
  • Review and analyse supplier performance, ensuring effectiveness of suppliers and contract KPIs are achieved
  • Proactively investigating, evaluating and promoting potential new vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate or perform; detailed analysis and synthesis of internal requirements, spend review for products and/or services, analysis of external suppliers and markets.
  • Contributing to Cultural change in the delivery of Best Practice Procurement Services
  • Contribute to knowledge management across chapter and category structures

Stakeholder Management And Ideation
  • Preparing the stakeholder management pack to demonstrate business requirements, strategies, sourcing outcome and business decision.
  • Working collaboratively within an Agile environment and demonstrating ability to communicate effectively and influence decision.

Project Management And Delivery
  • Using project management methodologies and techniques to develop end to end sourcing project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects.
  • Using problem-solving methodologies to identify, mitigate and escalate procurement risks to enable the organization to meet its obligations and maximize business opportunities.

Advisory & Analysis
  • Provide advice, information, and guidance on sourcing activities to staff across the business to provide governance and support good practice in procurement.
  • Providing procurement expertise in IT services to assist business to plan, develop, source, and manage processes to effectively meet organizational and business objectives.
  • Budgeting and forecasting through an extensive data analysis to perform the sourcing activity based on business requirements.
  • Performing spend and cost analysis through various analysis tools such as Power BI, SAP, Spend IQ, EPM.



  • 2 – 3 years proven practical experience, including leadership, in a related work environment in the delivery of proactive commercial solutions and management of suppliers
  • Tertiary Qualifications
  • Knowledge of financial accounting, strategic sourcing, and supplier management concepts

  • High desirable

  • MCIPS or equivalent Procurement industry qualifications
