The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to work with our grinding team in the minerals area of our business.

  • Managing client relationships
  • Commercial Management of contract including delivery of budget gross margin
  • HSE Management and compliance
  • Scope Management including management of project interface
  • Plan and manage all elements of project including financial, resourcing, construction, procurement, scheduling etc
  • Cost control including forecasting and estimating
  • Project reporting
  • Quality Management
  • Team leadership - multi disciplinary
  • Risk management
  • Liaison with Contracts, Construction and Procurement teams


The Person

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • 10 years + EPC/M project management experience in mining and minerals processing (ideally with international exposure)
  • Ability to work in matrix organization across diverse groups within a multinational organization.
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong project execution skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Understanding of customer needs
  • Learning agility - including software platforms such as SAP, Enovia, MS Office suite, AutoCAD
  • Ability to lead and drive change
  • Team leadership experience
