The Role

Reporting to the Practice Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct support to financial planners and support staff within our aligned dealer groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide user first-line support in via phone and email.
  • Develop a knowledge of the users' businesses, their requirements and expectations of Advice Technology software (XPLAN, Wealth Central).
  • Work closely with business units to plan the implementation and delivery of their services via Financial Planning Software.
  • Deliver a high-quality service standard in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA's)

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Knowledge of XPLAN highly regarded but not required.
  • Previous experience working in the Financial Planning Industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with initiative and enthusiasm to provide resolutions.
  • A client centric approach and the ability to create and operate effectively within a highly collaborative team.
  • Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and demonstrated ability to manage an array of tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess areas for process improvement and implement innovation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or RG 146 Compliance highly regarded but not essential.

In order to be considered you must be passionate about customer service, with a desire to educate and support your clients. On the job training will be provided for the right candidate. We will train you in the technical competencies and assist with your ongoing development and career aspirations in the Wealth Management area.
