HEP 8 ($97,805- $110,141) per annum plus 9.5% superannuation . This is a full time (36.75 hours per week) fixed term contract until 23 December 2021. Lead the development of an all cohort, University wide learning program for the HCM Work on a high profile project with a collaborative and supportive project team Located at our Footscray Park campus (or remotely as required by COVID-19) About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer to design, implement and deliver a blended learning solution to support the HCM Implementation Project . This includes: the development of end user training materials and learning resources; the management of training programs, including: scheduling; development; facilitation; reporting delivery and attendance; monitoring achievement of training programs to the HCM Training Manager , and delivery of a Train the Trainer program. About the Person Your demonstrated ability to deliver and coordinate training and an overall learning program to drive project awareness and adoption will see you excel in this role. Your ability to contribute innovative and flexible learning and resources to suit various audience types which support quick and positive adoption of the new Human Capital Management solution will put you ahead of other candidates. You will be self-motivated, with a passion for learning and be able to build strong relationships, influencing and coaching at all levels of the University. You will work closely with a cross functional team of change champions to deliver learning to a wide audience with differing needs across a multi-campus environment. You will be r esponsible for the implementation of an Oracle Guided Learning adoption tool defining focus and provisioning, coordinating testing and feedback with SMEs and ensuring successful transition to a live environment for use of the project team and end users . You will have experience in delivering learning programs within a fast paced project environment. You will be able to quickly learn a new system and have sound understanding of HR systems, functionality and supporting processes with the ability to translate functionality into business specific and innovative learning programs/resources. You will also have demonstrated experience in the design and development of training strategies, programs and learning resources with an ability to measure and monitor outcomes through reporting to the project team and other stakeholders.
