JOB DESCRIPTION

Rentokil currently has an opportunity for a Pest Control Technician/Termite Licence based out of Emerald. Pest Control Licence is highly desirable, however, if you are new to this industry and ready to learn, we will get you qualified and licenced while you work. Work autonomously, working with domestic and commercial clients, inspecting premises, eliminating pests, building rapport with clients.

About The Role

This role will be based out of our Emerald depot, and will include travelling to cover the following areas Remote/Regional Central Queensland

DUTIES

  • Inspecting client premises thoroughly for any sign of termites
  • Carrying out measures as required to eliminate the pests
  • Identifying sales leads in the region where possible
  • Building rapport with and communicating with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
  • Developing and maintaining long term customer relationships


Skills & Experience
  • Full Manual Australian driver's licence
  • Ability to travel across Remote/Regional Central Queensland
  • The ability to work independently to achieve set targets
  • Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
  • Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, and police checks
