All about the role:



Menulog is currently seeking a Territory Manager based in Melbourne to join our high performing Sales Team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for building and executing a growth sales plan to ensure maximum numbers of restaurants are on the Menulog estate within Australia.


In this role, we’re also counting on you to:


  • Setting appointments and visiting new restaurants with the aim of signing them on to the Menulog estate
  • Conducting face to face account development visits with our current restaurant estate.
  • Upselling value added features such as special offers, menu printing, sponsored listings and branded merchandise, to new and existing partners to maximise the Menulog revenue
  • Visiting and liaising with existing Menulog partners to build a great commercial relationship and to ensure restaurants are maximising revenue and receiving a great service
  • Working with your estate to set expectations around service to Menulog customers to maximise Menulog’s consumer satisfaction
  • Working closely with our Business Intelligence and Marketing departments to identify target areas, cuisines and restaurants.
  • Working closely with the other Territory Managers to maximise restaurant growth across Australia
  • Working closely with the Menulog marketing team to optimise our B2B Communication strategy and to build the Menulog brand visibility within our trade restaurants
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports as requested
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
  • Participating in regular regional and interstate team trips


Can you deliver…


  • Ready to take on your next sales role? Here is what we need from you:
  • Previous 3-4 years sales experience with demonstrated track record of success
  • Previous experience in a field based role
  • Open to regular interstate and regional travel when required
  • Ability to sell and present ideas in a compelling way, adjusting your style to a wide variety of audiences
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Track record of successfully negotiating and delivering sales
  • Hardworking and ‘get the job done at all costs’ attitude
  • Resilient, competitive & exceptionally target driven
  • Fast learner with the ability to think on your feet and work autonomously
  • The ability to move quickly to meet short lead times for proposals, ensuring client objectives are met
  • Full clean Australian driving license and must own a car
