JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and enthusiastic Office Support Assistant to join the dynamic team in Melbourne. A variety of tasks and responsibilities with scope to expand the role, this could be your next opportunity!


This position will suit anyone looking for part time or full time employment. We are open to the role being a job share between 2 people, or one person working different hours i.e. 12pm - 6pm. Hours and days are negotiable if you are interested in a part time opportunity. Please detail your preferences in your cover letter.




Your opportunity

You will provide direct assistance to all KordaMentha personnel in the areas of general office administration and maintaining the office to a high standard. You’ll have responsibility across a number of areas within Office Support.


Your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • General office administration
  • Kitchen and print room maintenance
  • Relief reception
  • Set up of new employee stations and packs
  • Maintain corporate merchandise levels
  • Assist with internal functions and events
  • And much more!


About you

You will be well presented, client service orientated and have good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). You’ll be eager to get involved and will show enthusiasm to all tasks.


You will be able to work independently as well as part of a busy and dynamic team. You’ll have strong communication and time management skills and have the ability to manage many areas of responsibility and use your initiative. 


Experience in a similar role in a professional services environment would be preferred.
