As a Project Coordinator, you will support the local Sales organization/customers in Electrification Global Markets business line determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, based in Notting Hill, Australia.

Reporting to Sales Operations Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process.

Your responsibilities

  • Offering technical advice and providing comment on sales support enquiry and specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers with regards to ABB products/systems/ applications.
  • Providing technical support during technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.
  • Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs.
  • Proposing technical solutions for complex enquiries.
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
  • Offering product/solution/service-related training.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics engineering.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a technical sales environment.
  • Working knowledge and previous experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
