About You

You are able to drive projects forward autonomously - working closely on the details, timing, and scheduling of projects. In the absence of instruction, you take initiative to gain clarity and create a path forward.

In this role you will work closely with the artist team and leaders of ERA-co Productions to realise our client’s objectives across the regions of Europe, USA, China and Australia. Most importantly, you will provide a positive commitment to achieving results and be an important part of the growth of the ERA-co brand.

As a key manager of CGI’s (stills and film) you push for efficiency and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’re able to work across multiple clients, brands, timelines, time zones and deliverables at once. Based on your experience and knowledge of the visualisation space you earn the trust of the internal team of our sister company Woods Bagot, while fostering and developing external relationships. You are able to develop and confidently present a compelling position and spot the best creative and collective thinking. You demonstrate good business sense in thinking like a client, consumer, and competitor.

The ERA-co Brand Experience Account Director role requires you to:

  • Successfully on-board new projects by establishing objectives and setting expectations from the outset.
  • Ensure tasks have clear timings, ownership and deliverables.
  • Drive projects daily and oversee all local account activity alongside the Global Directors and Accounts Leader.
  • Own the production process, estimates, timings, and details.
  • Contribute to monthly project finance updates. Ensure approval of estimates prior to commencement and track/lead progress.
  • Articulate a point of view on work. Understand how art direction shapes creative. Help present the work.
  • Assist in establishing a robust utilization plan for all projects to ensure they are resourced appropriately to align our delivery commitments.
  • Develop day to day relationships with clients across multiple projects.
  • Have articulate conversations with clients to manage feedback and get our best work through.
  • Consistently look for new opportunities and ways to grow client relationships organically.
  • Seek out talent, partners and collaborators to build the team.

Your Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in either Advertising, Marketing and/or Design.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a CGI/ Visualisation agency, advertising agency or consultancy servicing clients and managing projects of similar output.
  • Real Estate or Placemaking experience is a bonus but not a prerequisite. We will teach you.
