Reporting into the head of Customer Solutions, this role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery and development of the MYER one loyalty program, its CVP, associated member communications and experiences and the continuous improvement and development of the program

 About the Opportunity:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery and development of the MYER one Loyalty CVP inclusive of tiering and curation of member benefits and experiences; ownership and accountability for program infrastructure and assets including content, maintenance of program app, website and supporting collateral
  • Develop and lead the delivery of member communications; partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies to design, produce and execute impactful communications that drive increased member engagement on-time and with accuracy
  • Be responsible for member engagement framework including contact and engagement strategy, member service and experience guidelines and management of the premium tier concierge service
  • Create and execute compelling and relevant experiences/events for ALL members that retain and grow patronage and engagement while reinforcing program benefits and CVP, including delivering ‘money-can’t-buy’ experiences for premium tier members
  • Develops a continuous improvement program that shapes and evolves the loyalty program to meet changing needs of members while ensuring MYER one remains a global leading loyalty program
  • Partner with key business stakeholders as Loyalty SME to create compelling MYER one moments/benefits for members while increasing the presence and integration of MYER one and Member Engagement principles across the business
  • Review, analyse and disseminates program performance metrics and actions key insights to drive a data led program - including benefit reporting, engagement metrics, customer insights, competitor and market analysis etc.

 Your Background:

  • Macro and micro understanding of global loyalty trends and the overall loyalty landscape
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing and executing innovative consumer engagement/loyalty programs, preferably in a retail or consumer driven environment
  • Intermediate experience in loyalty management systems/loyalty program architecture with the ability to identify dependencies across channels and platforms
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage, prioritise, implement and analyse various initiatives in fast paced environment
  • Customer first mentality - members are at the heart of everything we do and aspects of this role will be directly member facing
  • Demonstrated ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence in a white space environment
  • Ability to influence with authority to drive change and bring multiple partners and stakeholders to a unified consensus
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for process and customer journey design based on data and customer insights
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, disseminating and presenting key business insights and/or strategy initiatives clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, including senior management
  • Experience in instilling a culture of ownership and collaboration when building and managing high performing teams
  • A dedicated team player with a passion for innovation and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and culture in the face of challenges
