A varied role involving both generalist business partnering and specialist remuneration responsibilities


Your new company
Your new organisation is an international retailer specialising in health and medical devices. A global leader in their space and millions of customers around the world, they consistently demonstrate success and foster a collaborative and rewarding culture.

Your new role
Your new role involves an exciting mix of both Business Partnering and Rewards. You will support the HR Operations Manager with regards to HR activities pertaining to the employee lifecycle, and provide advice to managers with regards to remuneration, retention, employee relations and EBA agreements. You’ll also be involved in strategic projects relating to all remuneration and reward initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you must have experience in Business Partnering roles within a unionised environment. You’ll also have exposure to Rewards and Remuneration, reviewing rewards frameworks and allowances.

You will be highly organised in order to divide your time appropriately across the Business Partnering and Remuneration responsibilities of the roles, and have an excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including consulting and providing advice to senior management.

You’ll have strong excel skills and an ability to compile reports and data analytics.
