As one of the largest health services in Victoria, and a team of more than 10,000 strong, we provide a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services; as well as rehabilitation, aged care, outpatient and community programs. We are a designated state-wide provider for services including trauma, and we lead centres of excellence for tertiary services in several key specialties including neurosciences, nephrology, oncology, cardiology and virtual health.

This role of Project Manager for Office 365, will be responsible for managing the delivery of the project work packages key to the successful delivery of this large organisational change program. The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Director, Digital Program Manager, IMT Solution Architect, IMT Change Manager and other members of the Project Management Office and Digital Innovation (IT) team to plan, manage and successfully deliver the project. 



Your Contribution



  • Demonstrated success in leading the implementation of Office 365 to large organisations

  • Experience managing projects that involve substantial work practice changes;project management and change management industry recognised frameworks;

  • Demonstrate experience of leadership and relationship development with key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Demonstrate experience in-team management skills to build and sustain high profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and connect with others and build positive productive working relationships.

  • Qualifications in IMT and Project Management
