Open between 6.30am-6.00pm. Our 44 place centre, opened in mid 2020, offers 3 open door learning environments including an art studio and a developing kinder on acreage. This is an amazing service with a homely, multi age setting, family focused environment. A repurposed farmhouse renovated into a centre with a large natural outdoor space. Little Tikes EL is a family owned and operated centre where management are passionate about developing staff and encourages you to bring your own skill set into our service. Located in a great area with strong connections to the community. This is an opportunity to build some meaningful relationships with families and develop the spaces in which the children can feel safe and continue their learning journey. 


We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our Little Tikes’ team. We are seeking a Teacher who aligns with our philosophies of nature play and sustainable practices and is able to provide engaging educational programs for the children alongside a natural drive to grow together as a team and become the best version of themselves. This is a full-time position within our service, developing and running our first kinder program. Whilst ensuring the requirements for kinder funding are being met, you have the freedom to implement your own learning program and showcase your skills to make a difference for our respected families.


- Bachelor of Early Childhood (or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA)

- VIT Registration / WWCC

- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

-Hold a rich understanding the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

-Passionate about providing quality learning environments for children that are grounded in nature education, mindfulness, cultural perspectives and healthy living.

- Be able to lead, mentor and support your team, contribute in staff meetings and work as part of a team in the whole centre.

- Will have set rostered hours

- Above award pay rate
