This is newly created role responsible for the complete end to end management & performance of all external partners and the on-boarding of new partners across both residential and small business customers.

Reporting to the National 3rd Party Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day delivery of sales objectives and performance through AGLs external sales channel partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing campaign delivery and optimal performance through the channels by applying best practice sales approaches
  • Channel interaction and visitations (setting operating rhythms and expectations), training, sales analysis, scripting development, building objection handling, reward and recognition activity and incentive management
  • Managing cost per sale of the channels and working to optimise activity for greater efficiency
  • Ensuring quality and compliance of all sales through the delivery of an effective compliance and channel management framework
  • Managing relationships with key channel stakeholders, owning processes and ensuring accountability is driven for optimal sales outcomes
  • Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of sales, campaign and channel performance

About You

You will have exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present and influence across all levels. You will be self-motivated, achievement oriented with a strong sense of timeliness.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Prior experience in a similar Channel Management, Business Development or Vendor Management role preferrable withing the consumer services industry
  • Excellent sales focus: demonstrated success in being able to deliver high performing sales and retention outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen, coupled with the desire to reduce costs, drive value and improve results
  • Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholder groups
