About the role

The Health Advisor provides health services support to all levels of leadership and employees across Victoria, to prevent and address issues of physical and mental health impacting our people.

Duties include;

  • Case Management- develop, implement and promote quality health support and plans to enable employees to maintain their employment in a productive capacity, ensuring their continuing wellbeing and mental health
  • Lead the development of the Mental Health Strategy and planned implementation
  • Coordinate support and provide advice to managers to enable them to support their team members in need
  • Provide representation on various panels and committees including in-house and Government

About you

To be considered for the role you will be a qualified Allied Health professional, preferably with a psychology background and will possess;

  • Occupational Rehabilitation and Case Management experience: proven history working with employees with mental health and/or physical challenges and ability to develop strategies to assist / mitigate risks / problem solve from an occupational health perspective
  • Experience in delivering employer based health programmes
  • Superior relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel to our regional and CBD locations
