Workforce management and payroll has never been more on the minds of employers than now. As a result, Management and Boards are looking for support in assessing their payroll functions from a Risk and Controls perspective and transforming their payrolls to become best practice functions.

As a Payroll Consulting Senior Manager or Director in our People & Organisation team your impact will be seen by:

  • Undertaking reviews of employers payroll operating models to identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve efficiency; 
  • Running large remediation programs alongside workplace lawyers and data analysts, helping set communications strategies with employees and regulators; 
  • Leading complex transformation programs for Australia’s largest employers, assisting them to develop and optimise their workforce management, payroll and broader HR and finance environments;
  • Supporting employers through change and transformation.

About you 

You have a background in risk and controls, continuous improvement or transformation, with a strong project management and change management mindset. You have experience working with senior stakeholders and managing large programs and teams. You hold a business/finance degree or have relevant experience in transformation. Prior experience in payroll or HR is preferable, but not essential.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Tax team navigate an increasingly complex employment environment for clients through innovative solutions.
