What will you create?

You’ll help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

Consulting bring this to life by helping clients improve the way they operate, reduce costs, manage risks, leverage talent, or fundamentally change the way they do business. Your work here will help organisations of all shapes and sizes work smarter and grow faster.

As an Associate in our Forensics & Financial Crime team your impact will be seen by:

  • Supporting the delivery of engagements relating to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions, fraud risk management and forensic investigations.
  • Advising clients on appropriate financial crime risk, compliance against regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
  • Being involved in the delivery of crucial business insights to clients through written reports and data visualisations.
  • Supporting the broader team in developing strategies to assist our clients in adapting to legal, regulatory and industry changes.
  • Supporting the development of proposals and presentations for prospective and current clients.
  • Building an inclusive and positive working environment across our national team.

About you

You have a background in financial crime risk, regulation, compliance or legal and:
  • Are able to think commercially and to contribute to engagement delivery, practice development and thought leadership.
  • Have a mindset to anticipate client needs, as well as identify new opportunities to support our clients in executing their strategies.
  • Can demonstrate good team leadership attributes .
  • Are able to communicate with impact and enjoy building relationships with internal and external clients.

Financial services or a regulatory background would be beneficial in this role.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Consulting team deliver practical advice that speaks straight to the heart of client business issues and deliver innovative results.

You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
