The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the delivery of IT services and projects to their assigned portfolio of clients.

SDM will own and nurture relationships with their customers and ensure products and initiatives are developed, implemented and supported well utilising agile principles and play an instrumental role to improve the overall customer experience.

The SDM will be responsible for consistent performance of IT services against SLAs with a reliable, efficient and effective service to their clients.


 

As an IT Service Delivery Manager in our Digitech team your impact will be seen by:

  • Enabling client success by being a conduit between business and operations teams, facilitating a client centric approach and eliminating any roadblocks
  • Understanding product needs for assigned portfolios and translate them to clients, internal teams and vendor resources.
  • Practicing agile approach and providing leadership during product development and enhancement lifecycles.
  • Translating business needs into technology requirements that support the business.


About you
 

You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a large or complex enterprise IT Service Delivery environment. .You will have at least ITIL V3 Foundations certification, preferably on path to Expert Certification. An experience with Service Now will be highly preferred. You should have Project Management certifications with strong expertise in Agile methodologies and concepts. You will hold an understanding of strong client and stakeholder management skills and experience.
