As a Manager in our Forensics & Financial Crime team your impact will be seen by:

  • Managing a team and engagements relating to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions, fraud risk management and forensic investigations.
  • Advising clients on appropriate financial crime risk, compliance against regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
  • Delivering crucial business insights to clients through written reports and data visualisations.
  • Developing strategies to assist our clients in adapting to legal, regulatory and industry changes.
  • Delivery of proposals and presentations to prospective and current clients.
  • Developing relationships built upon trust with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff, and building an inclusive and positive working environment across our national team.


About you
 

You have a background in financial crime risk, regulation, compliance or legal and:
  • Experience in managing a team which uses data analytics to solve practical business problems.
  • Are able to think commercially and to contribute to engagement delivery, practice development and thought leadership.
  • Have a mindset to anticipate client needs, as well as identify new opportunities to support our clients in executing their strategies.
  • Can demonstrate good team leadership attributes with a passion to coach and drive career development for team members.
  • Are able to communicate with impact and enjoy building relationships with internal and external clients.

Financial services or a regulatory background would be beneficial in this role.
