You will be involved in operational matters which are broadly separated into:

  • Financial performance of clinics – good clinical practice, reviewing data in profit and loss statements and NPS with clinics, mentoring and coaching on business to our teams, working with other Support Office departments in driving financial health
  • People management – completing FURever better reviews, acting on Culture Amp Engagement survey outcomes, performance and grievance management, recruitment, assisting with team member matters
  • Consistent communication & relationship management with partnered sites in your state – relaying business plan and strategy, assisting with operational matters (eg. logins, training, recruitment etc.)
  • Focus on retail and vet relationship – serve as vet representative at retail store, field and state meetings, provide feedback and clinic updates to retail team members


Previous business and people management experience is required; however training and mentorship will be provided in the role to ensure your success.

  • Strong skills in coaching, influencing and motivating others.
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and time management skills.
  • Resilient to adapt to change and a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and solutions focussed approach
  • Flexible to regularly travel to clinics/stores in your state and Support Office
  • As this role requires support across a number of locations in your state it will require regular travel and a current valid driver's licence
