  • Onsite sales support in the sales office

Our client is a rapidly growing property developer in land subdivision, that has an already strong national presence, and plans to further expand organically and through acquisition.

This is a new opportunity is situated on one of their iconic infill projects in Melbourne's South East suburbs. We are looking for an experienced Sales person to sell residential land lots, by providing exceptional customer service, converting leads and working collaboratively with the onsite sales assistant.

You can expect to do 10-12 sales per month, with an attractive, per sale commission ontop of your base salary.

You Will Perform The Following Responsibilities
  • Work with sales management to achieve sales targets and budgets
  • Develop your own sales plans and strategies for your project
  • sales reporting
  • manage the end to end sales process
  • Manage relationships with builder partners, possessing strong product knowledge
  • You will be able to work 5 days - from Wednesday to Sunday (though the days can be discussed)
The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years in a similar sales environment (residential-land) for a developer, builder or land agency (or combined) and a Agents Rep Licence. You must have excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
