About North East Link

The North East Link Project (NELP) is a $15.8bn infrastructure project that will connect the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network, whilst increasing the capacity of the Eastern Freeway. It will slash travel times, get trucks off local roads and link key growth areas in the north and south-east whilst creating thousands of new jobs. NELP is the Victorian Government entity responsible for the delivery of this mega-project. NELP has already laid out initial design concepts, engaged community leaders and are now at tendering stage with several major contractors. With completion due in 2027, things are ramping up fast at NELP.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate industry expert to step into this newly created Organisation Capability Specialist position and be apart of the North East Link Project's People and Culture (P&C) team.

Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Engagement, this role will see you collaborate with the broader P&C team and other key stakeholders in establishing the Career Management Office (CMO) for the Project. You'll be managing, developing and creating talent and compelling career propositions to be able to deliver the largest road project Victoria has ever seen.

About you

You're extremely passionate about talent management, you enjoy developing strong relationships and inspire other to grow and develop. You'll have experience in the design and development of practical, organisational development strategies and your strong communication skills and ability to generate enthusiasm to bring people along the journey will see you succeed in at North East Link.
