This is where our new IT Service Delivery Analyst comes in.


What You’ll Deliver


We’ve been on a digital transformation journey that has culminated with the implementation of our first-ever ERP system. This completely changes and enhances how we operate as a business but we’re only just getting started in our vision to drive a fully secured, connected, and best-in-class IT service delivery.


As our internal Service Delivery Analyst, you’ll support the Service Delivery Manager on all client and internal facing IT services across the business, including day to day support of IT systems.


You’ll also lead the implementation of technical deliverables across several Office 365 services.

Working collaboratively comes naturally to you, as you’ll need to successfully partner with developers, system engineers, business analysts, technical leads, external vendors and testers, to complete project deliverables and BAU deliverables. Also, liaising with technical staff across the support model and/or external service providers to resolve incidents.


You’re are strong team leader through your ongoing contribution to positively stimulate and promote a one-team approach. Also developing sound working relationships with system business owners, supervise contracted personnel, and assume responsibility and accountability for IT contractors, and manage the delivery of services from third-party providers and vendors.


Essentially, you’ll be critical in supporting the business to reach its digital objectives through first-class service delivery. As well as being the go-to person in absence of the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll continuously drive improvements, hit the service desk targets, and help to level up the service delivery team.


Delivery Is In Your DNA


We are looking for someone proactive in their approach to increasing the value of IT Services at Club Assist. You’re hands-on with a customer-centric mindset and you get the job done.


You’ll have extensive experience in delivering a high level of customer service within an IT Support role and working in a technically focused environment that included 3rd level support solutions.


With proven experience in administering and supporting all aspects of Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Windows 10 and in planning, developing, and implementing Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint Online, Teams, and ideally, Intune MDM – you’ll stand out from the IT crowd.


Having a relevant technical certification, e.g. MCDST, MCP, Microsoft Office Specialist, ITIL, with proven documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills, will grab our attention and help you to deliver from day one.


We can get into more detail as you progress but before applying please ensure you have proven experience in ensuring systems integrity to all aspects of computing such as –Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, service delivery, applications and security.
