We are seeking a number of Customer Success Consultants to join our fast-growing procurement software organisation. The position is ideally located in Chicago, however we are open to remote work as long as you are permanently based in the USA. You will be part of our awesome Growth & Enablement Team.
CompareCoops https://comparecoops.com provides an award winning technology platform, used by Public Agencies and their suppliers. We provide government buyers with a much better way to do business with Cooperative suppliers. It helps them simplify comparing cooperative contracts, reduce risk and drive savings. 
The Customer Success Consultant will work with our Chicago, USA and Melbourne, Australia based teams to drive supplier and buyer acquisition and help them on-board, register and get started.
This diverse role is an opportunity for you to learn, grow and excel. 
What you’ll do:

  • Support our suppliers to get registered and respond to opportunities
  • Support our public agencies in using the platform and sending out requests
  • Gain knowledge of customer requirements and behaviours
  • Identify usage opportunities with our customers, being their to help them get maximum value from the platform
  • Deliver online help and training
  • Build strong relationships

You will be supported both locally in Chicago and via our Melbourne Head Office by a thorough on-boarding process where you will become a CompareCoops power user and learn from our growth, support and activation teams.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following career experience and personal attributes:

  • 3 - 6 years corporate work experience
  • Previous experience in Account Management or Sales preferred 
  • An understanding of Public Procurement preferred
  • Be a strong technology adopter and enthusiast
  • Display a consistently high work ethic and a can-do attitude to delivery
  • A college degree
