We are looking for a passionate and professional individual to fill the Associate Buyers Agent/Admin Assistant role in a boutique property advisory located in St Kilda Road St Kilda.
You will be joining a small and supportive, client-focused team that has been helping people secure future happiness and wealth for well over a decade. You will have a chance to gain valuable experience and training with the opportunity to progress in this role and grow with the business.

Real estate experience is preferred but not essential. Experience in another setting with transferable skills is vital, but ultimately, organisational skills and the ability to relate to people in a friendly, trustworthy and professional manner while building relationships will be the key to your success.
This is a part-time role with days and hours between 20 – 25 per week each week. You must be willing to work weekends, particularly Saturdays, and have the flexibility and ability to multi-task and juggle the workload necessary to perform your duties in a fast-paced and dynamic, fun environment.
You will be required to:

  • Answer phones and book appointments
  • Take calls from/make calls to agents
  • Be responsible for file management
  • Be responsible for client management
  • Administrative tasks necessary to assist the principal in her role; including implementing and using new systems as needed, e.g., accounting, CRM, etc.
  • Research property and conduct pre-purchase and post-purchase property inspections
  • Assist at auctions
  • Be punctual and well presented

You will need the following skills and/or experience:

  • At least 1 years of experience in an administrator or agent’s representative role
  • Hold an Agent Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Property
  • Exceptional people and organisational skills
  • Presentation important
  • Microsoft Office -- Excel / Word / Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with competing and regularly changing priorities
  • Own car

The following experience will be highly regarded although you will be trained more thoroughly:

  • Real Estate portals (e.g. CoreLogic / RP Data or PDOL
  • Real estate Portals (Domain / Realestate.com.au, etc)
  • Trello / Project Management Software
  • CRM system experience - highly regarded
