The Client

Our client is a well-respected ASX listed retailer enjoying remarkable growth. They have now embarked on a new retail transformation program which includes the implementation of new ecommerce capability. They are now seeking a UX/UI Designer to work closely with the digital and technical teams to transform the online experience.

The Role

This role will see you utilise your design skills in a new digital transformation. You will design and deliver an exceptional omni channel customer experience for organisation across Australian and New Zealand using best practice UX/UI methodologies.

Key Skills and Responsibilities include

  • Take ownership of the end to end user experience design process, bringing to life the customer experience
  • Focus on reducing complexity for customers through thoughtful designs that solve pain points as easily and intuitively as possible
  • Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback
  • Consider requirements, constraints, user needs, and business goals when crafting solutions.
  • Work with sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to validate concepts and hypotheses with internal and external users
  • Work as part of a cross functional team; design, product, engineering, R&D and operations to deliver customer value
  • Analyse & gather feedback, insights and activity, and iterating designs accordingly to enhance the user experience
