Due to our success and business growth, we are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide L1 & L2 support of internal applications and supporting infrastructure
  • Managing cases, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes
  • Ensuring that systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist the Service Delivery lead when required to provide regular communications to the business on service impacts, planned change and risk mitigation
  • Work with development teams on testing, implementation and configuration of code enhancements where applicable
  • Proactively identify and champion process improvements both within the application support team, and in its interaction with the wider IT team and business
  • Identify gaps between standard processes and customer's business processes and document functional design specifications, including modifications.
  • Participate in handover activities and support new features and/or technologies deployed to Production by Project Teams.

To be successful, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in application support, problem solving, and tickets management through an IT service management tool (Zendesk)
  • 2+ years of Dynamics CRM v9+ including Field Service and Dynamics Portals technologies
  • 2+ years of Dynamics AX 2012 experience or above
  • 2+ years of coding skills (PowerShell, C#, C++, .NET, SQL)
  • Understanding of SQL and MS SQL Server (2008 and onward)
  • Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Experience in Cloud Services; Office 365, Azure (Desirable)
  • Experience in ITIL Service Operations process and an understanding of the software development life cycle
