SalesTribe is super excited to be exclusively partnered with one Hibob - bob is a people management platform that helps dynamic companies bring out the best in their employees. Their HR software is unique, intuitive, and smart.

HiBob has picked up $70m in a Series B - led by SEEK and Israel Growth Partners, with participation also from Bessemer Venture Partners, Battery Ventures, Eight Roads Ventures, Arbor Ventures, Presidio Ventures, Entree Capital, Cerca Partners and Perpetual Partners, the same group that also backed Hibob in its last round (a Series A extension) in 2019.

Hibob is blowing up around the world right now - including here in the A/NZ region.

We are looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join the growing team. 


What will you do?

  • Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities within A/NZ
  • Working cross-functionally, AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth managing the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
  • Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences when required
  • Network with Market influencers, Consultants and Partners

You will have?

  • Sales related experience in either a (face to face) sales environment,
  • Self-Aware with excellent speaking/ listening skills and the ability to engage prospects and manage the whole sales cycle
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and hunter mentality - willing to take intelligent risks
  • Tech Savvy Mindset able to work with a methodological and organized approach
  • Willingness to have TONS of fun 
  • Evidence that you are a Top Producer in previous roles
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help you achieve them
