Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling

  • Speaking to customers, either face to face or over the phone

  • Presenting, promoting and selling products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Analysing the market’s potential, track sales and status reports

  • Continuously improve through feedback

  • Managing workload in order to organize and priority daily and weekly goals

  • Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues

What you’ll need to succeed?:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (B2b, preferably in IT, SaaS)

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

  • Highly self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude

  • Passion, dedication and focus

  • Stamina, resilience and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner

  • Time-management skills and the ability to priorities your workload

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
