Operations Administrator


Join a Richmond based advertising and marketing agency in their freshly announced position of Operations Administrator. The small head office team is enthusiastic and engaging, and exercise over 20 years experience shaping the industry. They work with some of Australia's most recognizable brands in the sports and NFP sectors and run campaigns reaching millions of Australians each year. This full time role offers a chance to gain valuable experience working in a fun and highly supportive environment.


About the role:

The newly created role will work closely with management, clients, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective day-to-day operations and to support the communications functions. While the needs of the role will be highly dynamic, key responsibilities will include:

  • General campaign administration.
  • Generating weekly reports for clients, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinating campaign set-ups by liaising between clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new clients and affiliated companies.
  • Assisting customer service team by compiling and logging customer service reports.
  • Providing general assistance to clients via phone and email.
  • Other ad hoc office administration & filing duties.

About you:

As a successful Operations Administrator you will draw on an aptitude for written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and outstanding organisational skills. Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous administrative and organisational duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing and creating content for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous client-facing duties, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Sales, Marketing, and customer service backgrounds will be viewed favourably.)
  • A professional and friendly demeanour.
  • A conscientious attitude with a desire to learn.
