Thanks to their continued success on a national level, an opportunity has become available to join their Victorian team, managing client relationships within a defined Western Melbourne territory.

Your new role
As Account Executive, you will report to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for developing relationships with Farmers across your territory. You will have the opportunity to manage, nurture and grow exiting relationships, whilst also developing relationships with new clients, offering a range of services and solutions that will add significant value to their business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer experience while and maintaining high customer satisfaction across their business lifecycle
  • Working with farmers in relationship selling, customer retention, and business strategy
  • Understanding your clients business, including crop input needs throughout the season
  • Managing and working alongside regional community organisation to provide seamless customer purchasing experience and drive awareness of product specials
  • Remaining abreast of trends, practices and technology used by Australian farmers
  • Keeping up-to-date on crop protection products and their application
  • Identify savings opportunities for the farmer by creating savings analyses and conducting demonstrations of unique analytical tools
  • Managing and recording interactions, orders and shipments through the company CRM
  • Managing and interpreting agronomic data to provide options and recommendations to farmers
  • Representing the company at various farm industry trade shows and events

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a territory management role, managing existing relationships and developing new business opportunities will be essential. You will have either a deep knowledge or a strong passion for the agriculture sector, understanding industry challenges and demonstrating an appreciation for what farmers need to run a smooth and successful business.
